How the emotional health and well-being of children referred to the Community Paediatric Service in Kendal, Cumbria was improved by a new approach.

Children were referred to the Community Paediatric Service with behavioural and developmental difficulties with a view to the referrer looking for diagnostic reasons for the child's difficulties.
